I needed help quickly, and I was given a prompt appointment. My door rang just on time. It was my first time using WhiteSpot cleaning and did not know what to expect. I opened the door and a smiling lady introduced herself as Rona. My apartment had been left unattended for the past 3 months. It was dusty, there was a sand pile on the balcony and there were dead insects near the window. Rona brought everything she needed to clean the apartment and was super attentive to details. When working on the balcony, she would always close the door behind her. She went over the same spots over and over again until everything was spotless clean. After cleaning the sink, she even left the sponge on a 45 degree angle to allow it to dry properly. Not only is the level of training is evidently unparalleled Rona also did it with a smile and was able to squeeze in some work behind my computer while she was taking care of everything. Thank you WhiteSpot and Rona for making my home feel like a home again.

The Customer service is very friendly, helpful, and responsive. There are a lot of ways to contact their customer service, making them very flexible. This cleaning service does a very thorough job of cleaning. The agents and maids are friendly, very knowledgeable, and kind. I also ask assistance for their maintenance team and provide immediate action, our appointment arrived on time. Theyre very punctual and they do a superior job. Great job guys!

I bought a cleaning service from Whitespot, and I clearly mentioned everything I need, clean the inside of kitchen cabinets, balcony windows etc. And they said this is deep cleaning sir, and it will take 4 Hours and AEDXXX, I said ok I didnt negotiate, not any extra request I just ask for proper professional cleaning. But result: oh my gosh after they leave I had to clean 4 more hours. the balcony and glasses are not clean properly, no one touch kitchen cabinets, etc, etc... its an extremely disappointed service, dont even try that company

Hi I’d like to start off by saying the reception employee who did the booking and dealt with my complaint was kind and professionalHowever , the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. I preferred the deep clean service and to be honest was more of a surface clean if not a good one at that. There were surface areas that weren’t wiped properly which leaves you wondering if they did the “deep” clean properly.Bathroom metals weren’t cleaned properly, some inside of cabinet wasn’t . Etc….Some of the equipment they Beaufort was damaged , they left a bit of a water mess in the buildings hallway.Over all I was disappointed with the service and I don’t think it lives up to the promise of deep cleaning and the price you pay for it.Full disclaimer they had offered me to come back and clean but at that point that was no longer and option for me.The did then request I pay full amount which shocked me to say the least. And after a rough call they agreed to knock of about 160 aed off a 1000 plus bill.This is my story and the 2 stars is a reflection on the deep clean rather than individuals service or work.

Just moved in to our new apartment in JVC. like a week ago. Although the room was used only for few months by the previous owner, it still needs thorough cleaning.Checked online and came across White Spot and booked. In fairness the booking was smooth and easy but the dilemma came when the cleaners sent to clean did not come up to how we expect them to perform and do their job. Four hours is too long for two people to clean a tiny bedroom that is barely used, they can even finish it in an hour or two if they wish, yet some areas were not cleaned properly especially cabinets, cupboards and kitchen walls.Definitely not satisfied with the outcome and wont get their service again.

I was attracted by the offer 25 per hr. I didn’t know it was a trap for the worst cleaning company in Dubai. 3 times I ordered 2 maids each time from this company they are late 30- 45 mins for unacceptable reasons. The last time I asked for cleaner who is Specialiced only in ironing and I explained to her that she needs to take care of my shirts. She burned of my best shirts and I couldn’t skip it. It costs 1800 Dhs and I requested this amount to be paid back to me on a phone call and on their whatsap number. The customer service offered me 500 Dhs voucher cleaning service. I refused this voucher, they told me they will get back to me. Until now my issue has not been resolved. Worst customer service. Worst Managment. Worst Service. Not even 1 star.

This is the worst experience i ever had with whitespot. My air conditioner is not working.i called them.they send their technici to my house and took the AC unit to their warehouse.they said the motor fan need replacement.they send their people to collect the full amount AED 3300 plus.then i start waiting for more than 2 months. After i called them many times,they told me that they dont have this spare parts.I cant believe that more than 2 months staying in the house without AC in summer in Dubai !!!!!Then i requested them to return my AC unit,up to now,my motor fan still with them.no one took responsibility for it.Now i requested to get refund,they said there is procedure.i have been waiting for another one month now.up to today,i havent got my money back.What kind of company it is.!What the worst service they offered!And dubai government not allowed any company to say that they are numer One company in dubai.Still the whitespot doing so when you call them.No shame at all.

Have booked for cleaning 2 days in advance with white spot . Never show up and when I called they said they dont have replacement and not available . They apologize but this is not the professional way to treat client,at least they should call and advise if no availability.

This was referral from one of my friends to use Whitespot Cleaning service. Let me tell you, they were brilliant. The ladies were very hardworking and they never said no to anything and maintenance team were very prompt. All in all, a great service.

I would definitely not recommend this company for anyone with an apartment 1500 sq ft or less. The operator insisted that I book for 3 hours and that the house keeper will take up the entire time booked. The house keeper finished in 2 hours and left. Following that the company promised to give me a free hour on my next booking and defaulted. They offered no alternatives and I ended up paying 140 DHS in total for 2 hours of cleaning. If you are looking for value for your money, I would recommend any other company.

I am surprised reading about the problems regarding maintenance from whitespot. We used them for AC Duct cleaning and I found them professional and technically sound. My experience was nice I would book with them again for sure.

My experience with each professional maid has been satisfactory overall, for the most part they carry out their duties fairly well.The booking process is troublesome to say the least and the elevation of problems or issues either have no structure or are most likely ignored. They have missed appointments, changed maids and overcharged us on numerous occasions. We raised complaints at the time but got nowhere. As the maids we used were familiar, friendly and easily accessible to the building we continued to use the service.Today was an even further example, and confirmed that our decision not to use them again was correct. As their dismissive and accusatory tones suggested during the call. We were being invoiced for work we never booked but instead it became a verbal sparring match with the manager Chris, whom my partner had the call with. This is exemplary of why the office staff in particular need an attitude adjustment and properly trained in customer service.This may have been resolved with a simple phone call a couple of months ago with some humility but once again we found our patience exhausted and a complete lack of interest of the person on the other end of the phone finding a resolution...

Absolutely horrible scheduling staff. Ive been using them for around 3 months every week and I always have to ask them multiple times to reconfirm whether my cleaner will come. Every single week I will receive a call 10 mins after my appointment saying the cleaner is not going to come and they can send a replacement 6 hours later (which is pointless).If you want a cleaning agency that’s on time and sends staff when they themselves confirm it? Please don’t use Whitespot, I don’t recommend them.For the past 4 weeks I have been dealing with maids not coming. Avoid them.

I had such high hopes for this company based on the good reviews here.They were nearly two hours late, I had to leave my work to answer multiple messages and phone calls just to get them to the right place, then they were trying to tell me I hadnt left the key out but were clearly in the wrong building even when they did eventually arrive at the right location.I missed a work meeting that I had to take from home because they were still cleaning due to being behind time.When I arrived home and the cleaners were still there I was shocked to see that one cleaner had their mask around their chin and the other had no mask on at all, despite being reassured when I booked that Covid precautions would be in place. This really concerned me.Things on the list that I Ieft were still missed despite the cleaners finishing an hour after the time I had booked, items of ours were lost, a dress was ruined from poor ironing and it wasnt even something I had asked to be ironed. I am sure everything was done in a rush because they were so late.In my notes I had stated to be very careful of any wires and cords, and made sure to leave plugs free for the vacuum. When I got home the wires and cords were a total mess, all sorts of things had been unplugged, our internet wasnt working because of this so I couldnt get any work done for the rest of the day, giving me a backlog for the rest of the week.Overall this cleaning experience caused so much hassle and stress, when it should have been something to take some stress off life.The cleaning that was done was fairly good, the mens work shirts werent ironed very well... there were just too many issues and things missed, lost and damaged to to be able to recommend this company.

This is a review on their maintenance team,If you are in a emergency do not attempt to bother yourself with them. Ive booked an appointment to look into an emergency at my place, anyhow they came and looked in to the matter and they said the coordinator will get back to me with the solution and cost, this takes another 24 hours normally after 2 to 3 follow up to their call centre and after finally sharing their quote it will take yet another 24 hours to send a team to fix the problem I’ve been facing. They didn’t update me and their delay I had to keep chasing which is a painful experience and they kept promising that they will make until they decide to ignore me at the end of the day and decided to visit me the following day. The following day I’ve been ignore one more time and on the 5th day ( this was suppose to be an emergency with extra charges) they decide to make an appointment to visit my place at the end of day!I’ve already made a complaint with their management, who said will look into the matter. Will edit the review post the review and the timeframes.2 star for their friendly staff and previous positive experience.#Update the technician finally came Within the management promised time 2-3 hours, he was experienced and was able to fix a complicated issue with the electricity, changing to 3 stars.

Our family went through the covid and we were in dire need for sanitization of our home and that’s when we discovered Whitespot. They came into our house wearing proper equipment and sanitized all surfaces, knobs and inside windows. Apart from that they also send a cleaner to complete the post sanitization cleaning. Overall we had an amazing experience with them and would recommend them for sanitization and cleaning anytime of the day.

So, because I live in DAMAC building I cant call my previous company to clean my apartment. So I called Whitespot cleaning, and ask for their services. This is 4th time that I call them, and all 4times it wasnt good. I paid for 4 hours of cleaning, 1 bedroom apartment - (you need like 2hours maximum) never mind, and i expect that is clean after the 4 hours service. Floor DIRTY, AND STICKY, BATHROOM DIRTY, DUST WAS STILL THERE, SHE DID EVEN MOVE DU HOME APPLIANCE TO CLEAN UNDER THAT. And this is 4th time that I called them. And when you call their customer care, they are rude, and they are like why you didnt take pictures. Really, to take pictures of sticky floors, come on it is your job to clean apartment, either do it right or dont do it, because you are charging same like my previous company, and you are really really bad. So, I come from my trip, whole day at work and come to same apartment like I left it. If you want to pay something and get service like 4 year old kid did it, call them - they will do it like that.

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff and not well trained. They didnt touch my toilet, I found it like I left it. Cleaner spent 3 hours in my apartment and the only thing she finished was washing the dishes- 2 plates, 2 glasses and an electric grill. I was wandering what she was doing for a 3 hours.Book another company and spare your time and money.This was third time and the third cleaner I booked trough this company and they are messy and very low quality cleaners in general.

These guys are aparently the maintenance company for damac park towers. Do not use them as a maintenance company. I have literally never had a worse experience. There has been a constant loud drilling sound coming from my floor which they have completely ignored. I have sent over 10 emails, the majority of which were ignored, until i threatened legal action. They are incompetent and rude. Do not use.

This is the worst cleaning company in the whole UAE. They keep your house dirty, they don’t return your calls, they don’t come on time, they change their charges every time. It’s a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone to use it.

Amazing service and always responsive

I recently booked a maid service from white spot, the website looks promising so I was even more devastated when they send an inexperienced, lady, she was slow, left the dishes on the counter, left wet wash in machine, left rooms untouched etc etc my apartment looked better before she came in!

I booked a full deep cleaning + detailing for my new Villa. Their sales team promised everything would be fully cleaned and detailed, but when the cleaning team arrived they just kept saying “This area we dont clean, this area is a bit high and we dont have a good ladder so we wont clean it, this we dont do etc etc”. Lots of excuses so they can basically just mop the floor and walls, without any scraping or detailing, and call it a day.They promised a certain amount of staff per day for 3 days and never met their promise, sending the minimum staff number from the third day and saying “it will be enough”. This resulted in them having to come back and continue cleaning for several more days than what was agreed, wasting my time and everyone else’s in the process. Some floor tiles were also broken.Talked to their manager (Chris) in the end, which was also a bad experience. He was clearly only interested in getting the rest of the money. No interest in customer satisfaction whatsoever. Ended up walking the cleaners around the villa myself for several hours, room by room, wall by wall, just to make sure they finally get the job done.

Unreliable staff. Each time I used them they broke on item or another in my house. The problem lies with their management who do not provide sufficient training.And you only get to speak to the Sales staff who earn a commission for bookings but have utterly no knowledge about the suitability qualification of those doing the cleaning!
